About Mark...

A full time Personal Trainer and Strength Coach of over 18 years, Mark has successfully worked with a huge variety of athletes and clientele both in London and around the world.

 

With an academic background consisting of two research degrees, you can always be assured, Mark remains educated and up to date with developments and recent research.  Having a thorough understanding of the human body, its processes and the science related to training, allows Mark to safely plan and adapt programs for optimal results across different populations. 

 

​With over 25,000 contact hours with clients ranging from international athletes to first time gym users, Mark knows both what it takes to push an experienced athlete to their limits, as well as making less confident individuals comfortable around the gym and in themselves.  ​

12 week complete training, nutrition & lifestyle support

For those looking to transform their lifestyles, habits or physique.  The LIFT Signature program is a fully bespoke 1 to 1 coaching programme tailored to you. 

 

You will benefit from the combined expertise of a personal dietitian and personal trainer who will work together to provide full nutrition, lifestyle and fitness coaching for 12 weeks.

What's included?

  • Initial Dietary and Lifestyle assessment and consultation with your dietitian

  • Physical assessment and measurements with your personal trainer.

  • Your own personalised Nutrition and lifestyle plan 

  • Weekly online check in's with your dietitian.

  • Weekly meal plan plus shopping list, recipes and support with sleep, stress and hydration.

  • 2-3 x Personal training sessions per week

  • 4 weekly in person check ins with your dietitian

  • Regular progress checks with your personal trainer.
